Refund policy

Returns:

• 100% Return within 48 Hours of Delivery of the orders. Return to be sent by the customer.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  
• For returns, Share jewelry photo, along with the reason for return on treasuredrumjewels@gmail.com. Post verification, postal address for return will be shared with you in 1 working day. 
• Post your return order is delivered, Send an email to treasuredrumjewels@gmail.com with courier tracking details. Post
  verification, refund will be initiated. (Refer to refund section for details)
  
• We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds:

Full order amount paid by the customer will be refunded in store credits (Gift card) within 48 hours post returned item is received and inspected for valid refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within a day from date of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
