SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

TreasureDrum Jewels ships to all over India. For Cash on delivery, we charge Rs. 100 extra. For paid deliveries, shipping is free.   

ORDER DISPATCH

TreasureDrum Jewels orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. 

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and details. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 4-5 days for metro cities and 7-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
